Rules for the Adobe Software Bundle Raffle (to be held every 6 months)
- The Group Manager keeps track of raffle points.
- The Group Manager is ineligible for the drawing.
- The winner of the previous semi-annual raffle prize is ineligible for the following 12 months. However, he/she may still earn points and bestow them upon others in any manner approved by the Group Manager.
- The Grand Prize for this period’s, Group meeting raffle will be any one Adobe software or software bundle worth up to $2,100.
- The Grand Prize must be claimed within 30 days of drawing.
- If a points holder cannot attend that meeting, they may designate (in writing) someone else to attend for them.
- If a points holder does not designate someone to fill in for them, no raffle tickets will be issued for them.
- The Group Manager will notify Adobe of the name and Adobe User Name of the winner.
- Adobe will then email all information necessary for the winner to download and register their prize.
- You must have attended at least one other User Group meeting this year (2010).
The guideline for awarding raffle ticket points is as follows:
Adobe User Group Meetings
Attend Meeting: 1 point
Show Project: 1 point
Show Tip or Tutorial: 2 points
Share Snack or Beverage: 1 point
Bring Someone New: 1 points
Assist with Group meeting: 1+ points
Host Meeting: 3 points
Post a Book Review*, Software Review or Write an article: 2 points
*Book reviewers get to keep book.

Attend Official Adobe Event: 1/hr (5/day max)
Attend Presentation Related to Adobe Products: 1 point
